Svetlana has led programs of The Open University Business School, Bachelor programs of International University, Master programs of Portsmouth university, Cardiff university, BREDA university from Holland, the certification program CIMA and programs in City University in Bulgaria.

Has a practical experience in conducting audits and functional analysis, detecting and prevention of fraud, development of methodological rules and procedures. Leads trainings in the EBC*L and Organisational Management programs of SBC.
Stoyan Drenski has studied at the Technical University of Dresden and ceertified in Leading Innovation and Change (York St John University, UK). He is focused on the business development and the development of new markets as well as the relations with the partners of SBC abroad. Manages the IT platforms of SBC.
